Girls: Back to school beauty

Whether you're seriously broke or still cashed up from Christmas, we've got a list of back to school beauty basics that will suit your budget.

Under the radar: 'makeup' you can wear at school
Tip 1: For flirt worthy eyes, have your lashes tinted before you go back to school. This means you won't have to wear mascara, sweet! Curl your lashes in the morning and apply some clear mascara for extra zing.
Tip 2: If you want base on your face, but can't get away with foundation, try a tinted moisturiser for light coverage.
Tip 3: Try a lightly tinted lip balm like Bonnebell Lipsmacker in Strawberry, for a lip balm that 'just happened' to colour your lips!
Tip 4: For a barely there blush on your cheeks, go with a tint, which wont leave a tell tale powdery residue ... 'cos hey, you blush a lot right?

FACE ...
Ca-ching!
If your brows are looking bushy, make a booking with a beauty therapist to get them shaped and styled.
Totally skint?
If you don't have the coin to spare, do them yourself! If you're a beginner, place a hot flannel over your brows before you start, to soften the skin. Then use tweezers to pull out any stray hairs and get those brows looking nice and neat.

BODY ...
Ca-ching!
Hit a salon for a profesh spray tan to give your skin a colour boost before school goes back.
Totally skint
Don't have the dollars for a salon spray? Try a DIY alternative. Don't moisturise, but do exfoliate before you start, for an even finish.

NAILS ...
Ca-ching!
Your hands can get easily neglected, especially when if you've been spending all summer fake tanning, which can dry them out. Treat your hands to a salon manicure for neat nails and super smooth skin.
Totally skint
A home mani is easier than you think! Rub some exfoliator into your hands, and gently massage. Rinse, pat dry with a towel and rub some moisturiser into your hands, paying extra attention to your cuticles. Place a drop of cuticle oil on each nail and rub in. If you don't have any oil, try some Vaseline or lip balm. Leave for about 20 minutes, then apply a coat of clear nail polish for a glossy finish.

HAIR ...
Ca-ching!
Head to a salon for a cut 'n' colour. There's nothing like a brand-new style to brighten up your usual look.
Totally skint
If you're scrounging for change think outside the box. Try a treatment to give your hair blinding shine, and nourish it after all the summer sun.
